About High Falls State Park

A state park campground in Jackson with water/electric sites, 30/50 amp service, bathhouse facilities, showers.

Just off I-75 near Jackson, High Falls State Park surprises campers with rushing water, an old mill setting, and a lake-centered state-park escape. The falls and old mill area give the park its character, while the lake, trails, fishing, and campground make it a favorite for families and road-trippers. Visitors can spend a weekend hiking along the river, paddling, fishing, or exploring nearby Indian Springs and Juliette. It is a well-rounded Middle Georgia camping destination with more scenery and activity than its interstate location might suggest.
