Hunters For The Hungry
Collections for the 2003 Hunters for the Hungry (HFTH) Program have ended (deer were collected during November at nine sites around the state).

In total, 911 deer were donated to HFTH this year - which surpasses the grand total from last year (818) and is an all time record since the program began. Since 1993, hunters have donated 4939 deer (over 115,000 pounds of venison) to this program - helping to fill a much needed void for Food Banks across the State.

HFTH Sponsors: Georgia Dept. of Natural Resources/Wildlife Resources Division, Georgia Dept. of Corrections, Georgia Dept. of Agriculture, Georgia Wildlife Federation, Georgia Outdoor News and the Atlanta Community Food Bank (representing the Georgia State Association of Food Banks).
